  • Where is the store based?

    Chicago, IL

  • What's the deal with shipping?

    If you order stickers or photocards, I can ship your package in an untracked envelope for a lot cheaper ($1 USD for domestic, $2 USD for international). If your order includes anything else, it'll be bumped up to a tracked rigid mailer ($5 USD for domestic, $15 for international). If you are only order paper merch and would like to upgrade your package to a tracked mailer, please include it in your notes!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! I do my best to ship anywhere and everywhere. If for some reason there's an issue, let me know and we'll sort it out.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Most domestic packages arrive within 2 weeks, and most international orders arrive within 4.

  • I forgot to order something!

    No biggie! Just email me or contact me on any of my socials and we can sort it out. Please notify me ASAP as I often process orders within 24 hours, and once your package is shipped, I can't add anything to it.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
